Our final Midweek Race from Navan for the Old Bird season took place today 22nd May. With an excellent turnout of racers & trainers, we had 1000+ birds on board.
Birds were liberated in Navan at 12.30 in lt NW wind for a steady fly home.
The top racing loft of Alex Crawford, Ballylesson, made it two in a row to take 1st & 3rd positions collecting a total £70.
The consistant loft of Rab Hunter collects 2nd prize of £30.
Many thanks to all fanciers who supported our Old Bird races. We look forward to our Young Bird season where we will have a number of races starting early July.
